Refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method or in the form of an AL gift card. If you opt to cancel your order and the request is made after 24 hours, the order will be subject to our cancellation policy (refer to additional information below), and a 20-25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will only be given for new and unused products with all original packaging intact.
Cancellations
We make every effort to expedite the delivery of your items. We understand that cancellations may be necessary on occasion. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, but requests received after this period will incur a 20-25% restocking fee. If a cancellation request is made after an item has shipped or is prepared to ship, the item will then adhere to our return policy outlined here. Once an item has shipped, all return and cancellation fees become the responsibility of the customer.
Lead Times
Kindly take note of the lead time when placing your order, as backorder dates are subject to change. Customers will be notified about affected items as information becomes available.
Delayed/Discontinued Product
