Claims & Online Returns

We aim to ensure that the process of transforming your space is both enjoyable and simple. Our confidence lies in the exquisite sourcing and creation of our products. However, we acknowledge that there may be occasions when a return or claim is necessary. Regardless of the situation, we are committed to doing our utmost to find a resolution. We sincerely apologize if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a claim, please contact a sales representative at within 48 hours of receiving your item.

When submitting your claim, kindly provide the following information:

  • Details of the damaged item
  • Images depicting the damage
  • Images of both the interior and exterior packaging
  • Indication of whether you have the original packaging
  • Desired outcome for your claim (e.g., replacement, repair, or refund)
  • A description of the damage

It is the responsibility of our clients to note any damage on the proof of delivery or report missing items to Sedgwick & Brattle. Please verify that all items listed on the delivery receipt were received. Inspect packages prior to signing. If items are missing or damaged, refrain from signing the receipt, or make a note of the issues. Take a photo of the delivery receipt and promptly email your sales representative and/or the Claims Department.


Online Returns

All returns must be submitted and approved by contacting us via email at or through our contact page. Customers have 14 days to initiate a return from the date the product is delivered. Products shipped back without a return approval will be returned to the customer. Select items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns will only be accepted if product is returned new and unused with all original packaging intact. Please reach out to our team if you have any further questions regarding our return policy prior to placing an order.
